1. User Accounts and Access

• Users access our applications using their own email credentials authenticated via Microsoft Entra. Hypha Clinical LLC enforces two-factor authentication (2FA) through an authentication app to enhance account security.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Hypha Clinical LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected.

2. Services and Subscription

• Our services include Budget Manager, Invoice Manager, Payment Manager, and related management services.
• Users receive access to one free study in the Budget Manager and Invoice Manager. Additional studies will incur charges.
• We are releasing a Beta version of the Payment Manager. Users who join the Beta program will retain free access to this service for their single beta study even after its full release. Additional studies thereafter will be chargeable.
• Hypha Clinical LLC may change or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Collection of Information
